This is our 2nd time using James's service. So professional, great job, very neat. We have a gas dryer, he gave us a few tips on how we can keep our dryer clean and safe in between his services.

James really went above and helped me out tremendously. I booked a dryer vent cleaning and because my dryer was older he inspected the inside of it and showed me the inside of dryer should be cleaned but left the decision up to me and I'm glad he suggested it because I had it done and he was right it was dangerously full of previous owners dog hair and lint! Had the ventilation run cleaned and the dryer cabinet done and my dryer runs like new again. Previously I had to run it twice in a row to dry completely! Feels much better knowing I'm safe. Would recommend to anyone. James was very pleasant.
